Today we would like to introduce you to the glam rock band that is rocking out of Nottingham, England, known as Venomous Rose. Venomous Rose debut single "The Devil Is A Friend Of Mine" is out now (released in January 2021) and we know you all are going to love it! From the strong guitars that are accompanied by solid drumming, good beat from the bass and a singer that has great vocals, that hit a range of notes.  This is the first glam rock band we have had on the Music Misfit blog and we have to say we where blown away with how good this single is. It takes you back to a time when glam rock was at it's high, the single will have you bopping your head and dancing to the beat. This five piece new wave rock band, from West Sussex England, formed in 2013 and have released four EPs and have also released one album, with plans of bringing out a new album for fans to enjoy later this year. This band have a very good mix of songs that give off punk rock vibes. With a strong vocalist, powerful guitars, strong bass and a hard hitting drummer they have created a lot of amazing songs that will be highly enjoyed by many and we are very much looking forward to hearing new music from this band in the near future. Today we would like to introduce you all to a rock n roll, garage band from North Carolina: Lord Ouroboros. Lord Ouroboros is a two man band that have produced songs with dominating and heavy guitar riffs, matched with great drum beats and very grungy, Rob Zombie vibe style vocals. Lord Ouroboros have quite a few videos up on YouTube that we have quite enjoyed listening to and know a lot of our readers will too. Unfortunately it does look like the band are not overly active on their Facebook  but we still suggest heading over there to give them a little like and follow to keep up with their events and of course to show some support for the band.   Today we would like to introduce you all to the Texas band known as Cymblem. This talented group of guys have been going strong since 2005 when the band was created by Chad (vocals/guitar) and Chris (guitar/vocals), then later came Matt (bass/vocals) and Andrew (drums) to form Cymblem as we know them. This upbeat band have been through a lot, they lost almost all their equipment when hurricane Ike hit but these guys powered through and have over come everything that has been thrown at them and have come out stronger than ever and have managed to produce music that has meaningful lyrics with a fantastic mix of rocking sounds that will get your attention and having you up and moving to the beat. This rock band have a lot of spirit and energy doing up to 4 hour sets for their fans. They have opened for the likes of Puddle Of Mud, Saliva and Saving Abel and have been featured on Outlaw Dave Show. This band have a very unique and interesting sound, with quite raw sounding vocals and a nice steady beat from the drums, guitar and bass all harmonizing together to create a classic rock kind of style with a slight mix of modern styles.  Today we would like to introduce a new band known as Pulse. This band hail from Mexico and in January 2021 the band released their debut album, known as "Impulse", which has a mixture of very emotional styles of lyrics and sounds that give you a different kind of vibes with each song.  The song writers have clearly went with a very personal and emotional style when creating their music, laid bare for the world to see, which is quite refreshing to hear and very different from most of the rock music we have heard so far on this blog. The band seem to focus heavily on their sound to match the feelings from the lyrics that are being sung, creating an album that will just hit you with waves of emotions.  Today we would like to introduce you all to John Paperback who is a Spanish song writer and performer. Starting his musical journey at 16, John Paperback first started his music project with a band known as "The Paperbacks" and went on to release two albums with this band. After a few years of touring John Paperback decided to go solo and has since released three albums, Dust & Rails, Are You Ready and Now That The Journey Is Half Done which was released in December of 2020. John Paperback takes influence from artists such as Johnny Cash, Ryan Adams and Paul Simmons and has managed to create a soft rock mixed with blues and a dash of country to create a very catchy style of music which I believe a lot of our readers are going to highly enjoy.   Today we would like to present Burning Codes. Burning Codes is the solo project of Paul Archer who has produced six albums, his music has been featured on BBC Radio One: Evening Session, BBC6 Music and even been in the 2015 movie called A Patch Of Fog. Paul has also contributed vocals to five tracks on Snow Patrols award winning album "Eyes Open". We had a listen to Burning codes and we have to say that Paul's music is great: The deep bass drives forward with moving bass riffs melding nicely with clean guitar melodies.  It is pleasant to the ears, bursting into a feeling of chaos, with a passionate voice reaching out to you. You can feel the emotion emanating from his words. Whether it is clean or distorted guitar the melodies and riffs just rock. The music has an excellent build up to explosive breakdowns, capturing rock in its purest form. The songs are catchy and you can't help but to move your body to the music. Today we would like to introduce you to a band known as Del Mar. Del Mar started in 2020 with members Kyle (on drums), Jon (on bass), Justyn (on guitar) and Marco (on vocals). These guys have been working hard and are in the process of working on two more songs for their fans to enjoy. Del Mar have a very energetic, upbeat, bouncing kind of sound, I guess you could brand them as quite punk/rock sounding, imagine along the lines of a mix of green day, new found glory and blink 182 mixed together to create a great sound and fantastic fun music that is just pure ear candy. We would highly recommend Del Mar to all those who are in seek of a new band to listen to that will lift their spirits and wish to embrace some uplifting punk rock style music.   Today we would like to introduce you all to a band known as 25th Mission. Rocking hard out of Long Island, NY, this traditional metal band released their new album "Disciples Of Metal" in July 2020 and are currently working on new music which is estimated for release in the 1st quarter of 2022. We had a listen of the bands new album "Disciples Of Metal" and the EP "Necessary Evil" (that the band released in 2019) and we have to say this is one band you all are going to highly enjoy, it has something for everyone from great lyrics, raw but clear vocals, heavy bass, amazing guitar solos and of course some energy fueled drumming.  The songs are all very traditional metal styles and highly energetic that will grab your attention, the band also have a very Maiden and Priest mixed with a Sabbath feel to their music which if you love these heavy rock/metal bands then we could not recommend any other band better suited than 25th Mission. Today we would like to introduce you all to "Percussor" from Pennsylvania and New Jersey. This heavy metal band formed in 2014 with members Jack (Vocals/Guitar), Paul (Bass) and Walt (Drums) and have been hard hitting all the way through. The band released their new EP "Desperate To Expire" in 2020 which is filled with hard hitting drums, crazy energetic guitars, pulverizing bass and amazingly hard singing.   Metal Militia is a one man, instrumental metal band, from the USA, that was created in 2020 by Joe. Metal Militia released his first album on the 25th August 2020, titled MMXX. This album is a great mix of guitar rifts, fantastic bass and creative drumming filled songs, but not only this but it also seems to tell a story as it goes along hitting you with different emotions and energy.   Hailing from the East Coast of Australia are the heavy metal band known as "Beleth". This metal band hits you with all they have got with energetic guitar rifts, hard hitting, booming drums and very rough, grungy growls and dark singing, mixed with fantastic guitar solos provides you with a heavy but damn catchy sound over and over.
